Everything happens in the morning! Before my brother left to school on Monday at 8:30 am, he saw a blackbird with a green chest and a yellow beak, it was on the branch of the tree just looking around, he said. Also during the break we saw a green worm that looked like a caterpillar.
The tree lost so many leaves last Tuesday because of the wind. The wind was blowing east. It was strong that it blowed the sand around the tree, and it also made the tree move which caused the leaves to fall down. I wondered if that helped the tree since it's going to occur someday now, where the tree is going to be bald. We could hear the branches and leaves moving and some of the branches cracking.
Now the days are shorter and the night comes earlier. At 7:30 pm it's dark and sometimes when I have to check the tree closely I have to use a lantern.
After school when I walk home I could see the tree from far, and I could tell that the branches that are facing west are changing to a brown- dead color.

I like the details that your brother describes of the bird it's great! Also how you put in great details about the trees and how the time gets darker now. Great post!

ReplyDeleteI like the detail in your picture! Very artistic. :) Maybe your tree is going to be leaveless before any other tree, which is probably not a bad thing. At least you won't have to clean up all the leaves when it's cold! Nice Blog!
ReplyDeleteI like that you are including your brother. You should take my bird book home and see if you can identify the bird.
